Judith Liberman
STORYTELLER (TURKEY)
Judith Liberman is one of the leading voices in the storytelling revival in Turkey. Since 1997 she has told stories on stage, in the forest, at festivals, in companies, galleries, schools, hospitals and universities in Turkey, France, Canada and India.
She holds a masters in Linguistics from the Sorbonne and has studied theater at Pomona College, and storytelling in Paris.
She combines storytelling with her training and practice in art therapy, theater, improvisation, yoga, mindfulness and non-violent communication to create one of a kind workshops and retreats. She hosts a weekly show about storytelling on national radio station NTV.
She is the author of 6 bestselling books: Tale Therapy, On the Pth of Stories, Pause for a Story, Imagination First, Stone Soup, and The Open Path. Judith truly believes in the power stories hold to change our world.
